We ask all customers to please take in consideration our delivery schedule, however if for whatever reason you are not available during the delivery time we ask that you please arrange for someone else to receive your meals or leave a cooler outside your home for us to leave your meals in (We offer one time use insulated packaging, and reusable insulated bags in case you or someone is not available during out delivery time frame for a small fee). If no one is present at the time of delivery and there is no cooler placed outside we ask that the customer pick up their meal at our designated pick-up (Nutrishop Orange) the following Monday. Delivery fee will not be refunded if a failed delivery attempt is made.
If you need to cancel your order we ask that you contact us directly before Thursday at 11:59pm for a full refund. Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded. Unfortunately we have to be really strict about cancelling orders due to the fact that once your order has been placed we then proceed to purchasing and prepping/marinating all meals before they actually get cooked on Sunday. This means that even though you don’t actually receive your meals till Sunday there has already been money and labor invested in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We very proudly offer 2 vegan options on our menu, 100% free of any animal products. We change our vegan option every 2 months.
We ask that all order are placed by Thursday before 11:59pm to be delivered the Sunday that immediately follows./p>
We deliver to the greater part of Orange County and Los Angeles. We offer free delivery to select cities in Orange County. Overnight Delivery to LA County (Delivered in insulated packaging to your door) 9pm-6am.
Every item on our menu is gluten free with the exception of the wheat pasta (when offered).
Yes! Our meals are made to last approximately 5 days in a refrigerator if you are ordering meals for 6 or 7 days we recommend that you freeze the meals that will be eaten on the 6 th and 7th day.
Our main goal is to help you eat healthy without getting sick of eating the same meals. Therefore we will be changing the menu every FOUR weeks to keep you on track.
To ensure the quality of our meals we recommend that you microwave your meals no longer than 2 minutes or until heated all the way through.
We ask that if you have any food allergies (i.e. fish, nuts, dairy, etc.) that you please let us know immediately after your order has been placed.
